Writing Week 1

This product features a writing prompt to accompany the classic book, The Cat in the Hat by Dr. Seuss. "If the Cat in the Hat came to your house, how would you get him to leave?"It also allows space for the students to draw a picture.     If you were left at home and the Cat in the hat came in, how I would get him out is, mum Mum and Dad will be back in 2 minutes. Hopefully he doesn't get into mischief.

    If the cat in the hat came to my house I would catch him in my fishing net and then after I take the net off him I would get green eggs and ham and then I will go to the beach and as usual he would follow me and then I will throw the green eggs and ham into the sea and he would chase the green eggs and ham and he would drowned.

    I would do gymnastics for hours till the cat is asleep, and put him in a chair with wheels and open the door and put him outside faraway from where I live.

    If The Cat in the Hat came to my house while my parents were out I would try to kick it out but of course it would not listen to me. So I would throw a piece of his favourite food out the window, past his car, past his hedge and onto his kitchen table and onto his favourite plate and he would go running after it. That's how I'll get him out of my house before parents home for the day.
